Are estimates free?

Most estimates are free. For complex scopes (multi-trade remodels, large commercial work, or engineered plans), we’ll confirm any design/inspection fees up front.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Your address/city, the type of project, approximate measurements (if known), your preferred material/finish, and your ideal timeline. Photos of the area are very helpful.

Can you provide a quote from photos?

Often, yes—especially for fencing, flooring, painting, lighting/fixtures, and many repairs. For concrete, roofing, windows/doors, or structural work, we may need an on-site visit to confirm measurements and conditions.

Do you offer written proposals?

Do you require a deposit?

Most projects require a deposit to reserve scheduling and order materials. The amount depends on the scope and special-order items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer itemized quotes?

We provide clear scopes and allowances. For larger remodels or multi-phase work, we can break out major categories (demo, materials, labor, and key add-ons) as needed.

Will the price change after we start?
